Terms of Service
Article 1 Definitions The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meanings. 1. Links, etc. Dedicated URLs linking to the Site or dedicated banner advertisements accompanying dedicated URLs, which are automatically generated by operating designated pages, etc. on the Site as specified by the Secretariat in accordance with procedures specified by the Secretariat, and other guidance methods specified by the Secretariat as being subject to the Service. 7. User Viewers of the Affiliate Media 8. Target Service External services that generate performance fees for the Partner when the User uses them. Article 2 Scope and Revision of this Agreement 1. The Affiliate Program Office reserves the right to change this Agreement without the consent of the User. The Secretariat shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result of changes or additions to the Terms, regardless of whether such damages are direct or indirect, and regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or not. The revised Terms shall be effective from the time they are displayed and announced on the Site, and you are obligated to periodically check the latest contents of the Terms. Article 3 Partner Registration Use of the Service shall be limited to those Members who have completed the membership registration procedures and have registered as described in the following paragraph. If a Member wishes to participate in the Service as a Partner, the Member shall register the registration information specified by the Secretariat in the registration form prescribed by the Secretariat after accepting these Terms. 3. If there is any change in the registration information in the preceding paragraph, the Partner must promptly register the change. 4. The Secretariat shall handle the Partner's information registered in the preceding two paragraphs and the Partner's information obtained through the use of the Service by the Partner in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" separately stipulated, and the Partner agrees to this. Article 4 Contents of this Service 1. The Service is a service in which the Partner sets up a link, etc. to the Affiliate Media in accordance with the procedures stipulated by the Secretariat, and the Secretariat pays the Partner a performance fee based on the results of the registration of the User to the Service via the link, etc. and the use of the applicable Service. Article 7 Payment of Results 1. The Secretariat will pay the remuneration specified by the Secretariat when a User registers on the Site and uses the Target Services via the link, etc. set by the Partner. However, a different remuneration may be applied in the case of a period of time separately determined by the Secretariat, or in the case of results for products, etc. separately determined by the Secretariat. You can check the reward granted to you from your own management screen. 2. Only the results designated by the Secretariat as the subject of the Service shall be eligible for the payment of commissions under Section 1. However, the Secretariat may limit or add eligible results at its discretion. 3. If the use of the applicable Service is cancelled, the results will not be applied. 4. The Secretariat will calculate the remuneration to be paid to the Partner in accordance with the calculation method separately determined by the Secretariat, and reflect the amount of remuneration available for payment on the Partner's management screen on the date separately determined. 5. The secretariat does not send any notice regarding the payment of the reward, and if you wish to receive the reward automatically, you may apply for the payment from your screen. The Secretariat shall accept the request for payment as soon as possible and make payment to the account designated by the Partner. 6. The secretariat will disclose to the Partner the date and time of the achievement. Article 8 Violation of this Agreement, etc. 1. If you are found to be in violation of these Terms of Use, the Secretariat may take any of the following actions without prior notice or demand, and you may not object thereto. a) Refuse to link from the link, etc. established by the Partner b) Disqualification or suspension of your Partner status c) Suspension of payment of commissions d) Suspension of provision of all or part of the Service. 2. The Secretariat may request a Partner who is found by the Secretariat to be in violation of this Agreement, etc. to return the reward to the Partner in addition to the measures described in each item of the preceding paragraph. In this case, you must promptly respond to the request. 3. The Secretariat shall not be liable for any damage or disadvantage caused to the Partner as a result of taking the measures in the preceding two paragraphs. Article 9 Obligations of Partners 1. You are obligated to monitor the affiliate media to prevent arbitrary clicking of links. 2. You are responsible for periodically checking whether or not the links are correctly linked to the specified destination, and promptly updating or deleting the links if there is a mistake or the destination has disappeared. Article 10 Taxes and Fees 1. In the event that any taxes or incidental expenses are incurred in connection with the establishment, operation and management of the Affiliate Media and Links, or in connection with the payment of performance fees, the Partner shall bear such expenses. Article 11 Confidentiality 1. Regardless of whether during the term of this Agreement or after the termination of this Agreement, the Partner shall not disclose the IP address of the User or any other information that may lead to the identification of the User, information disclosed by the Secretariat for the purpose of setting up links, etc. or payment of performance fees, or any other information obtained through the use of this Service. Users shall not disclose or divulge to any other party any information regarding the Service, the Secretariat, Service Providers, or Users obtained through the use of the Service. Article 12 Measures upon Loss of Membership 1. If a Member loses his/her membership, the right to receive remuneration shall also be extinguished under any circumstances. The Secretariat shall not bear any responsibility for the expiration of the right to receive remuneration. 2. In the event that a member loses membership, the setting of links, etc. shall be suspended. Article 13 Changes to and Discontinuation of Provision of the Service 1. The Secretariat shall be able to change or terminate the Service and parts of the Service upon notice on the Service website. 2. In the event that the Secretariat terminates the Service after giving the notice set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Secretariat shall be exempt from compensating or indemnifying Users for damages, losses, and other costs associated with the termination of the Service, and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or not. Article 14 Non-warranty and disclaimer 1. Users shall store data created on this site at their own risk. The Secretariat's server does not guarantee the content of data stored on the Site. In addition, users shall indemnify the Secretariat against all damages and liabilities in the event of claims, disputes, or claims for compensation for damages due to the loss of data stored on the Site or the suspension of the operation of the server. However, the Secretariat shall not be liable for any loss of data, etc. (excluding deletion by the user) or alteration by others. The Secretariat makes no guarantee whatsoever that computer viruses, etc. are not included in the content related to the Site. The Secretariat shall not be liable to users or third parties for any and all damages caused by the inclusion of computer viruses, etc. in the Content related to the Site, regardless of whether such damages are direct or indirect, and regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or not. The Secretariat makes no guarantees regarding the status of service provision, accessibility, or use. The Secretariat shall make its utmost efforts to ensure that the Site is useful to Users, but the Secretariat's responsibility to Users shall be limited to operating the Site with reasonable efforts to ensure that Users can use the Site without hindrance. The Secretariat shall not be liable for any defect, temporary suspension, partial deletion, change, or termination of the contents of the Site, or any damage to Users or others caused by such defects, temporary suspension, partial deletion, change, or termination, or any damage to Users or others caused by the use of or inability to use the Site, or any damage to Users or others caused by the use of or inability to use the Site, and shall not be liable for any compensation for damages. 6. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraphs, even in the event that the Secretariat is liable for damages to a User for any reason, the Secretariat's liability shall be limited to the total amount of fees and other amounts received by the Secretariat in relation to said User.
